A Dedicated Tennessee Attorney

In the making of a knife, you temper the blade thru fire to make it hard and to keep its edge. I provide my clients with exactly what they need from an attorney: “aggressive representation through knowledge tempered with experience”. Whether an individual or a corporation, I know that serving you, my client, is my business. It’s that simple. And that complex. It is really all about value. My client’s value confidence they feel when I represent them and work on their behalf. They value my vigilance and attention to detail. They especially value being available when I am needed, being on time and responsive to their needs. “Client service” is my business and I strive to do it better than anyone else.

Being a lawyer means working with people! Fellow attorneys, judges, court clerks, clients, etc., are all crucial to a lawyer’s job. You have to be a “people person” to succeed. Successful lawyers are independent self-starters who know how to manage deadlines effectively. Mr. Johnson is all of these and more. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 1975 and his Juris Doctorate Degree (law degree) from the Nashville School of Law in 1980. Following his graduation, he served as a law clerk to Judge Charles O'Brien on the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals and then as a law clerk to Justice George Brown on the Tennessee Supreme Court. Thereafter he went into private law practice and has maintained that through the present.
